A few notes about the data: Each spreadsheet contains the gross and net income each month for each property, as well as the number of days blocked off for personal use. Gross income is all revenue received from Airbnb every month. Net income is all income paid to the owners after management has paid the Transient Occupancy Taxes, Cleaning Fees, Management fees, and any extra maintenance charges. The Net income DOES NOT include mortgage, property taxes, insurance, HOA dues, or utilities. Each owner must pay those expenses out of their net income received each month.

Also, please be aware of the two gaps during 2020 and 2021 in which ALL nightly rental activity in the County was shut down due to Covid-19.
